What You’ll Do

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Site Management: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring that all work is performed to high standards of quality and safety.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.

Who You are

  • Experienced Leader: Hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector.

  • Organized Planner: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

  • Problem Solver: Adept at identifying issues and developing practical solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly managed and executed.

  • Knowledgeable: Familiar with project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
